Flowline, a Certified ISO 9001:2000, manufactures and inventories stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel alloy corrosion resistant butt weld pipe fittings. Our size range is from 1/2" IPS to 24" IPS in schedules 5s, 10s, 40s, 80s, 160, and XXH. Fittings manufactured are 90 degree and 45 degree elbows, straight and reducing tees, concentric and eccentric reducers, stub ends, caps, and crosses.

Fittings are stocked in stainless grades 304/304L, 316/316L along with aluminum grades 6061-T6, 3003- F, and 5083-0. Stainless grades would be manufactured to ASTM A 403 WP welded or seamless. Aluminum grades would be manufactured to ASTM B 361 welded or seamless. We also manufacture nickel, monel, and inconel fittings primarily in 1/2" IPS through 8" IPS, schedules 10s and 40s. These grades would be manufactured to ASTM B 366, welded or seamless. Copper-Nickel, AL6XN, alloy C-276, Alloy 20, and Duplex 2205 fittings are also produced at Flowline.

We have been manufacturing stainless steel butt weld fittings in New Castle, Pennsylvania since 1948. We also have an additional manufacturing facility in Whiteville, North Carolina. In addition to our main warehouse in New Castle, we have a warehouse located in Houston, Texas and Whiteville, North Carolina.

Along with an inside sales staff and production control department, Flowline also has their own engineering/drafting department and quality assurance staff. Our quality program includes "in- house" x-ray, tension, and liquid die penetrate testing capabilities.

It's a long way from the Spring of '44, the year we made our debut.
